why insulator can. not conduct electricity?

Hi!!!

Conductors: Which can conduct electricity

ex: metals like aluminium, copper etc...


Insulators: Which cannot conduct electricity

ex: plastic.....

Here, Insulators do not haves the conducting power......So they cannot conduct electricity....
