Intensity is directly proportional to frequency, hence when intensity increases frequency also increases which ultimately causes wavelength to decrease. So, intensity is inversely proportional to wavelength and as intensity increases a higher proportion of short wavelength is generated( this can be understood from the example of heating iron rod). So as wavelength is getting affected here, the spectral distribution too gets affected.
