Why interest on drawing is taken 6.5 months in beginning logic

int on drawing in the beginning of month= int pecent ×6.5

acc. to this,if drawing is done in beginning of every month,then 13 months are taken
12 months (1st april to 1 st march +1month)
1 month is taken because our accounting year ends on 31st march
