FLORINE HAVE 7 ELECTRONS IN OUTERMOST SHELL AND TO MAKE ITSELF STABLE IT GET ONE MORE ELECTRON. AND THUS ITS ORBIT SIZE INCREASE DUE TO THE ENTRY OF A NEW MEMBER .
