The ionization enthalpy of nitrogen is more than oxygen because in nitrogen electron is removed from half filled extra Stable 2P orbital which required more energy then configuration of oxygen in which electron is removed from 2p^3 orbital.

Hey mate
Oxygen has low ionisation energy (than that of nitrogen). It is due to an electron being added to an already half full orbital in oxygen, which results in electron electron repulsion, which will lower the ionisation energy.
