Iron is a heavier element. (Check its mass number) Basically although there's going to be less moles of Iron atoms per unite volume than there are going to be Aluminum atoms because Iron possesses a larger atomic radius, the nucleus of an Iron atom is way heavier than the nucleus of an Aluminum atom.
