Hi,
=======:
Here is your answer,
=======:
Seeds need water to germinate. Plants need water to draw nutrients from the soil, for their growth and for making food by photosynthesis. To maintain the moisture of the soil for healthy crop growth, the fields will be water at proper interval. This could be done by the proper irrigation. Hence, we can say that irrigation is necessary and important for plany growth.
