why is 0 cancelled here?? i know that after decimal we dont consider 0 but still how can it be cancelled? best explanation will be marked as BRAINLIST!

There are 3 cases in which 0 can be there:-

I)This is the case you are talking about in this question. If 0 is after decimal point and there are other numbers before the 0, then 0 has no value so you can cancel(ignore) it if you want.eg:2.4600(no value of 0)

ii)But if there is no decimal point then 0 has value and it is necessary and you can't cancel it.eg:4600(0 has value)

iii)Also, if there is decimal point and 0 is between decimal point and another number then 0 has value.eg:0.0046(0 has value)
