220 V AC is dangerous as it attracts people on the other hand DC current repels a body

220V DC has a constant magnitude whereas 220V AC is a voltage with variable magnitude and it has 0 magnitude at some point of time.
Hence in case a person getting shock from a DC source has more chances of damage than the person getting shock from AC source.
