The frying pan is made up of metals like aluminum or stainless steel as these metals are good conductor of heat. Also, frying pans are used for cooking so they're too hot to handle by bare hands. They're made of metals which are good conductors of heat, so that food can be properly cooked. Since plastic or insulating materials are poor conductors of heat, it is easy to grip the pan here and the hand is safe.
