fuse wire is necessary in a circuit for prevention of short circuiting and overloading.
the fuse wire is connected in the series with the battery,when the current increases than a specific value then the fuse wire melts and the circuit breaks ,the electric devices remains safe.
the fuse wire is usually made of copper or aluminium wire...

fuse wire is necessary as to prevent short circuit if fuse is broken it can lead to short circuit.
