government is required for our nation to serve and to rule our country. And to look after the welfare of the State

well, it's simple. Imagine if we didn't have any government would the people have been in,order and discipline. Could the country progress? We are having government then also there is violation of laws somewhere. Now if didn't have any government the conditions would have been worse.
