normal eye is not able to see the thing kept closer than 25cms because it is the least distance for a normal eye i.e, for a healthy eye

because a normal eye cannot decrease the size of its crystalline lens more than a limit.but people with myopia have an eye whose crystalline lens is small and thus they can see closer object clearer than farther.
