t is true that shape of some viruses resembles a robot. But there is no relation between the structure of virus and a robot. However animations on robots may be presumed to be based on viral structure. I am providing you the diagram of virus which infects bacteria. Please refer to it.

Viruses are very small...so small that their shells are made up of a reasonably small number of protein building blocks (think of how a structure made of 20 rectangular bricks would look more angular than a structure made of 2 million bricks). Because of that, viruses tend to have regular shapes involving lots of straight lines and angles, and this means some of them wind up looking like robots...
