Why is abscisic acid knon as stress hormone in plants

abscisic acid increases the tolerance of plants towards various stresses.... drought, high temperature, helps seed to withstand dessication... hence called stress hormone

abscisic acid is known as sterss hormone bcz when any plant reaches to its annual validity of either fruits or leafs then this hormone come in action and makes friut to ripe and dries leaf to fall so as to new leaf arise from plants hope it would be helpful mark me as brainliest
