As a huge part of india are labours and parents who cannot give good education to their children.

And as they go to work daily they don't even get time to look after what their children do

Abuse is normalized in India because of the lack of awareness.

Explanation:

Many people are abused in India on a regular basis because of a lack of awareness. The weaker sections of the society such as the women, children, tribal people, and backward classes are exposed to regular abuse by their stronger counterparts

They do not know their rights. Most people never raise their voices against abuse due to the fear of being judged or oppressed.

Even in cases where voices are raised against such abuse, the victims are held responsible for their own situations. They are mocked by people. The police administration is also not supportive and makes harassing enquires.
