ch3cooh is called weak acid because it have only one replaceable hydrogen ion and when it dissolves in aqueous solution it realise one hydronium ion

Although there are 4 hydrogen in the structure, but CH3 protons do not contribute to the acidity. ... There is no relation between the number of hydrogens and acidity. It is COOH hydrogen which makes it acidic. Acetic acid is a weak acid, since it does not dissociate completely in water to its constituent ions.
