Why is acetic acid called weak acid though it has four hydrogen atom in the molecules

Acids like acetic acid ( CH3COOH ) dissociates partially or incompletely, releasing only some of its hydrogen atoms into the solution. Thus, it is less capable at donating protons.

So they are considered as weak acids.
