DISGUISHED UNEMPLOYEMENT
Disguished employement is a term related to unemployement. Unemployement is a state/condition in which a person who have the capability to work and also have will to work but can't get job at going wages then it is unemployement.
In case of diguished unemployement people appear to be employed but aren't employed because the work which can be easily done a particular number of people but more people add in that work, then the productivity willn't increase instead of that the human power is wasted and wages got by individual is also decreased.
As we know that agriculture is most labour absorbing sector in India but there is a certain limit in number of people who will work in field but if number of labour increase then productivity will not increase instead of that the labour willn't get sufficient wages and it is loss in human power is wasted and by this way disguished unemployement make it worse.
