Why is agriculture the most labour absorbing sector un india ? How does disguished unployment "make worse"

many people in india are agriculture labour this is because as many of the people shifted suddenly to the secondary sector and tertiary sector there was not much employment opportunities left in the rest two sector ....
disguised unemployment made it worst as many people were engaged in the same work so each person's potential was not used completely .. and as work was done in less time (due to division of work) many people had to stay idle ... this increased the pressure over the agriculture and the matter worse...
