Farmers are not paid hourly or month to month. They need to sit tight for a whole year to get their income by harvesting. Nature must help with regards to agribusiness. If not, crops demolish effectively leaving zero benefits. Being a Farmer is the occupation which is generally ignored.

We can find in daily papers that farmers confer suicide because of various reasons. Not just that, farmers need to work in fields whatever the climate may be. These reasons make youngsters unattractive towards farming or agriculture.

There are several reasons why the young generation of today is not passionate towards agriculture. Some of them are:

# Agriculture involves a lot of farming that is a strenuous job and has no fixed working hours.

# The pay from agriculture may not always be a steady source of income. Present day youth prefer a solid and large income per month. You get a profit only after the crops reap.

#  Climate is another reason why youngsters are turning away from agriculture. They will have to get to work without caring what the climate is like. Cloudy or sunny, they will have to step out into the open and toil in the fields.
