Why is all water unfit for all humans

only riverwater and cleanwater is fit for human beings and ocean and polluted water are unfit for human beings because ocean contains salt were it is not able to drink and polluted water also because it will contain a lot of chemicals,waste materials so it is also not fit for drinking

all water are not for unfit for all human beings but by the way , as we know that we can't drink any water except arrow water because all water such as in river ,well etc are polluted . but at that time arrow water is also unfit for us because it remove all the minerals from water and add some acid which was harmful for us.
