it's good bacause
high concentration of potash and lime
divided into bhangar and khadar
mostly found in ganga Indus and brahmaputra plains

Alluvial soil is good for crop growth because it is fertilised and has minerals and nutrients in it. for example paddy paddy grows in Alluvial soil it has the capacity to hold the water,root is binded with Alluvial soil .
