Why is ammonia NH3 And Ammonium NH4? What makes ammonium to have have one more hydrogen atom than ammonia? Does ammonium come out from ammonia?

when ammonia dissolves in water In aqueous solution ammonia acts as a base aquiring hydrogen ion from H2O to yield ammonium and hydroxide ions
