Why is ammonium cyanate an inorganic compound and urea an organic compound even though both of them consist of carbon , nitrogen and oxygen? And both are linked by a reaction also

Organic compounds are those which are synthesized by life forms. Hence, Urea is an organic compound but ammonium cyanate is not even though urea can be produced from it.
