some people have metal allergies in their mouth so they are preferred to use gold alloy

gold is less reactive and doesn't react with many other metals thus its alloys are used for medical purposes. Not only because of its good chemical properties but also because of physical ones. it has good ductility, malleability and is easy to form alloys.
