Equitable distribution of resources is required because of the continuous flow of resources in every area of the society and so that it cannot be wasted by not being used by people, it is distributed so that it can be availed by every person in need.

I am sorry I forgot to add the second part of the question here it is: Forces which are against such distribution are the accumulation of the resources at the end of few people and a limited amount of resources in nature.
