independent and powered judiciary is essential in democracy because all papers of solving disputes are in the hand of judiciary and therefore it is independent and have no role of government in solving disputes

hi mate,

independence of judiciary is essential in a democracy so that it does not under the control and direction of the legislature or the executive. the judge do not act according to the wishes of the government, i.e. the party in power. the Indian judiciary is powerful in the sense that it can declare only law invalid if it is against the constitution. thus Indian judiciary acts as a guardian of the fundamental rights which is essential for a democracy.
