BECAUSE in atomic mass all elements are not not fixed in Mendeleev periodic table but later on in Modern Periodic Table Harish GJ mostly decide to select atoms on their atomic number in Modern Periodic Table so it is more appropriate because all elements are come in the modern periodic table so that atomic number is more fundamental property than atomic mass
