Why is bar graph better than picto graph?

when displaying a small fractions or decimals values in pictograph. very small or decimal values may appear unclear but in bar graph the intervals  can be chosen so that very small values are more clear and tick marks and grid lines can be added to a bar graph  to make it easier  read such values

Simple . Because it gives better information and can be read easily as compared to picto graph.
