Why is Battle of Buxar considered more important than the Battle of Plassey ?

battle of plassey was the first battle of the east India company in the year 1757 in a battle field near the village plassey. After that, in 1764, another battle of buxar was fought by the east India company with the help of therecheary, they were able to win this battle.

The battle of buxar is considered more important because it granted the people of the east India company the diwani rights in oddisa, west bengal(right to collect revenue).
