⏺ They do not provide any service to the government in any way and only they have to beg all day to earn money.

⏺ The government does not ask them to pay taxes because it's their money which they got from the passer-by.

⏺ Hence , begging is not included in the economic development of the country.

Neither begging helps the government in anyway nor the people who beg have to pay taxes.
