More C-H bonds are present in benzene as compared to ethene. Hence it can disassociate H⁺ ions more easily that ethene. Therefore it is more acidic.

BENZENE- C₆H₆ - CH₂=CH₂-CH₂=CH₂-CH₂=CH₂

ETHENE- C₂H₄- CH₂=CH₂
