why is blood a liquid tissue

blood is a liquid which contains about 95%water in it and also blood cells and free flowing extra-cellular matrix (plasma). It is one of the most important part of human transport system. Embryologically, it has the same mesodermal origin as other connective tissues. Thus blood is considered as a liquid tissue.

blood is called liquid connective tissue blood is fluid which flows all over the body just like liquid so blood is liquid tissue.It is connecting all the body with blood so it is called as connective tissue by these we can say that blood is a liquid connective tissue but blood is not a tissue just it is a liquid
