Components of human blood include blood plasma, formed elements i.e blood cells in it.From which fluid part consist of water, proteins, various minerals and blood cells include RBC,WBC,Platelets. So our blood is heterogeneous mixture of all these thing.

Blood is a heterogeneous mixture bcoz it is made of blood cells and blood plasma which can be separated by centrifuging.

Mixture is more than 1 part combined which can be physically seperated from each other.
