Why is blood entering kidney has more glucose than the blood leaving the kidney but urine contains no glucose?

Hence, urine has almost no or little amount of glucose. If glucose is present in the urine in a significant amount, then the condition arises which is termed as glycosuria.

Blood containing glucose is readily filtered in renal domain, from where essential amino acids and glucose diffuse readily into the blood capillaries. Hence the blood leaving the kidney has lower level of glucose as compared to that coming into the kidney.
