Heya!

The answer for your question is:

The fluid has the same osmotic pressure as that of blood, due to which artery is chosen for dialysis as the blood is under pressure there, as compared to the veins, which don't exert pressure on blood.

Hope this Helps you !!

Answer:

This is because, after haemodialysis, blood is to be returned to the body which is possibe only through veins.

Since blood cannot be sent back from the same tube from where it is taken, an artery is chosen for taking blood.

Moreover, blood in arteries has higher pressure and relatively more nitrogenous metabolic waste.

More volume of blood is found in arteries too.

Hope it helps!!!
