Why is bow[ bow down to me one ] and the bow [ of bows and arrows ] spelled the same yet prounced diffrenntly and Bough is also pronounsed like the bow [ first bow]????

Cause it has different meanings both the ‘bow’. The Bough doesn’t mean the same but is pronounced same bcoz it dough and bough are rhyming words and they wanted to make a rhyme.
