Have you ever wondered why being scared makes your heart beat faster and makes youbreathe quicker? The body's reaction to fear is called the "fight or flight" response. ... Your heart rate increases to pump more blood to your muscles and brain. Your lungs take in airfaster to supply your body with oxygen.

Because when we're in a condition of fear or scary situation an hormons adrenaline is secreated.... which activates our symphatic nervous system according to fight or flight condition ...which starts following changes in our body:-

acclerates heart beat, blood vessels dilated, short and fast breathes .dialtion of eye, inhibits secretion of salavia (dryness of mouth).. opposite is done by parasympathetic nervous system ..

hope u understood.... (。’▽’。)♡
