why is ccl4 which is liquid is a non electrolyte

Well in CCl4 all 4 bonds are covalent and does not have enough polarity to break it in aqueous medium as ions because due to connection with 4 chlorines simultaneously already carbon has increased its electronegativity and comes more closer to the electronegativity of Cl thus further decrease in the difference of EN of two atoms.
