  1. cellulose cannot be digested by man because human lack enzymes to break the beta acetal linkage present in cellulose. The humans do not have a mechanism to break the  monosaccharide bonds of cellulose.
  2. saliva is a watery secreation produced in the mouth by the salivary glands that helps in digestion of food and moisten the tongue, mouth and throat. it also cleanses the mouth.it is produced in salivary glands.
