Why is centrifugation not applicable to separate the mixture of sugar and water

Answer:

centrifugation is actually a process in which the a mixture which has different densities are separated

but in case of sugar and water they form sugar solution. this sugar solution is in liquid form and this liquid do not have different densities hence we do not use the method of centrifugation and separation of mixture of sugar and water for this purpose we have to use the method for crystallization.

we can use the method of centrifugation for the separation of components of milk and for separation of components of blood also.
