Why is cheap labour required on cultivation of tea or rubber?

because this is not that much costly in the area and we can found it in cheap amount (rubber and tea) that is why cheap labours are needed

Labour and labour charges are important things which affects the total cost of the final product.
In the tea and rubber cultivation a lot of labour work is needed to complete the whole harvesting procedures.
That's why the company always gives the labour the lowest payments possible to keep the final price of products reasonable for the consumers.
