why is China Bowl break when we put hot tea in it?

It is because it's constituent particles are held together each other by very weak force and when we add hot tea into it, the bond is brake and the bowl get destroyed....

China dish undergoes thermal expansion. So, when it heats up, it expands and contracts when it cools down. When we pour hot tea in it the outside surface will be cool whereas the inner surface is gonna be hot as glass has low thermal conductivity. The surface of the glass rapidly contracts while the inner surface is expanding. This causes internal stresses which cause the glass to crack.
