Why is circular motion considered to be uniformly accelerated motion?

a body with changed velocity is considered in accelerated motion.

velocity is a vector quantity.

in circular motion the magnitude of velocity is constant, but its direction changes .so velocity changes.
it means body is in accelerated motion.
