Why is classification of economic activities into primary,secondary and tertiary sectors needed.(general question=general answer)

yes there is need of classifying economic activityes because I don't know it

If there is no such economic sectors.

and, no economic sectors means no food chain.

And if food chain will be not there then there will be no continuing of life .
