When the temperature low the carbon dioxide sublimates and converts into dry ice and so the bottle breaks

The density of the ice is lesser than the water. This is because water expands when freezes. 
In freezer when water in the bottle starts to freeze, it also starts to expand. The bottle has limited volume and when it is unable to withstand the pressure exerted by the Ice it breaks down.
