Colostrum is the first form of milk produced by the mammary glands of mammals immediately following delivery of the newborn. Most species will generate colostrum just prior to giving birth. Colostrum contains antibodies to protect the newborn against disease.

To build muscles and boost performance:

Colostrum has all 8 essential amino acids which the human body cannot produce and that’s why they have to be taken from outside. The blend of 8 essential amino acids makes colostrum a first class source of protein which helps in healing the micro trauma created on muscles during workout.Colostrum is considered as powerful as steroids at increasing muscle mass when combined with resistance training. After working out testosterone & growth hormones are at peak and when colostrum is consumed post workout it supports these hormones. The growth hormones found in colostrum enhances muscle tone, burns body fat, increases elasticity of skin and increases bone density.
