The executive is the organ that exercises authority and holds responsibility for the governance of a state. The executive executes and enforces law. Generally it consists of the councils of ministers, head of the state, head of the government. Executive makes programs

and policies and executes the law passed by legislature. The executive work of Nepal is carried out by the government of Nepal.

It is responsible to maintain the law and order and protect the country from foreign invasion

Also it impose taxes and run various development works alongside it, sign treaties and make good diplomatic relations, depute ambassadors to the foreign countries not only that but also run the administration of the country efficiently and provide basic service to the people and  present a budget in the parliament and operate it after the approval of the parliament.

A competent executive is not necessary but the executive must be able to ensure that some of the functions of government are carried out.. A state must be able to ensure that some functions of government are carried out. a state must be able to protect its citizens, collect taxes, and few other things. A competent judiciary is what strengths the belief of citizen towards the government it ensures that all the law are executed properly ald not only that but it does its task without interference of a third party is what makes it competent and no fake accusations are to be neglected by locals  

Since past few months there has been frequent changes in the executive system of the country it has caused following effects :

• There is a hindrance in analyzing and processing information about the nation especially in this pandemic  

• People are in chaos due to unstable governance  
• It caused hindrance in development of Nepal especially in field of national level 21 pride projects of Nepal  
• People belief in effective and good governance is questioned creating an uncertainty in their beliefs  
• There is sudden uproar in the abdication of laws and policies and there has been an increase of fake rumor's, stealing etc. especially in this world wide situation of pandemic.
