why is concentrated sulphuric acid a strong acid

Acetic acid ionizes partially in aqueous solution to form ions. Higher concentration of H+ ions will be the reason for strong acidicnature of sulphuric acid. because when sulphuric acid when comes in contact with hand can burn but at the same acetic acid is safe.
